Ari Spiro

Ari Spiro has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has been a party to thousands of transactions for several billion dollars of total consideration.  Prior to founding ORION Investment Real Estate in 2009, Ari worked for over a decade at a national real estate firm, where he won numerous Awards for Achievements in Sales and Outstanding Service. Ari is a past recipient of the RED Award for Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year and has been selected as Commercial Real Estate Leader of the Year by Arizona Journal of Real Estate and Business.

With experience in commercial property management, leasing, and investment sales with an emphasis on multi-tenant retail properties, Ari is highly regarded throughout the commercial real estate community.  He has been cited in countless print publications and has appeared as a guest speaker and panelist at numerous conferences.

Ari is also committed to his local chapter of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served on its Planning Action Committee where he had co-chaired several committees.

A native of New York City, Ari attended Tulane University in New Orleans, and has been a Scottsdale resident since 1995.  Active within the local community, Ari is a Life Member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and has been involved with the Phoenix Men’s Art Council, along with numerous non-profit children’s organizations and child mentor programs.

Sean Stutzman

After graduating from Arizona State University, Sean began his commercial real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top young agent at one of the country’s largest firms. Because of his immediate impact in the industry, his professionalism and client focus, Sean was approached by Ari Spiro to join one of the top retail investment teams in the market.

In 2009, Sean co-founded ORION Investment Real Estate along with Ari Spiro.  Serving as Designated Broker for the firm, Sean has overseen continued annual revenue growth, as ORION has become one of the preeminent commercial real estate companies in Arizona.  In addition to managing ORION, Ari and Sean continue to provide first-class service to shopping center owners in Maricopa County.  Sean is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and in 2016 he was recognized as an elite young professional being named 40 Under 40 by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Sean is a resident of Scottsdale with his wife, Jamie, and their 3 children Reesa, Rocco and Mikey.  In 2011, inspired by their daughter, Sean and Jamie co-founded the Baby Reesa Foundation, which has raised over $100,000 for families with medically fragile children.  The Stutzman Family also support Ryan House, Hospice of the Valley and Make-A-Wish Arizona, all charities that are close to their heart.

Warren Johnston

Warren Johnston joined ORION Investment Real Estate in 2019, specializing in office and Industrial sales and leasing. He offers a diverse 33 years of commercial real estate experience: 22 years in brokerage and 11 years in appraisal.

Prior to joining ORION, Warren worked for CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield, where he  negotiated the sale of over $400 million, the valuation of $1.5 billion and has leased almost 4 million square feet of office and industrial space. Having worked for two of Nation’s largest commercial real estate firms, Warren’s clients included Pension Fund Advisory Groups, Private Investment Groups, Investment Banks, Banks and Fortune 500 Companies. He represented these clients in the acquisition and disposition of their real portfolios, leased their portfolios and for the Fortune 500 Companies, identified and secured their real estate needs.

Warren graduated from The University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance. Warren is active in both the community and real estate industry. He is a member of The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP, serves on the board for Foundation of Blind Children, an Ahwatukee District Board Member for Practicing Our Nations Youth, and participated in youth baseball and softball leagues as head coach.

Michael Milic

Michael (Mike) Milic is a Senior Vice President with ORION Investment Real Estate and a licensed associate broker. Mike specializes in the sale of office and industrial investment properties with values from $2 million to $15 million. He represents investors, landlords and owners, as well as tenants on an exclusive basis. His extensive background includes more than 30 years of office and industrial real estate experience, in addition to 12 years of ownership and construction management experience. Mike joined ORION after being with Colliers since 2002, having previously been with the Colliers office in Montreal, Canada, from 1990 to 1993.

When Mike moved to Phoenix in 1996, he was with CORE/Jackson & CORE Realty Partners–ONCOR International from 1996 to 2002. He served as vice president of office and industrial, partner, ONCOR manager, and designated broker. Prior to moving to Phoenix, Mike opened his own brokerage firm in Montreal, serving as president and designated broker with Previa Investments, Inc., from 1993 to 1996. He was with Colliers in Montreal from 1990 to 1993, before opening his brokerage firm. From 1980 to 1990, Mike served as vice president of operations for a construction firm that built buildings across the United States. During his tenure, he was responsible for the oversight of all the company’s construction projects, with values ranging from $5 million to $10 million.

Nick Miner, CCIM

Nick Miner, CCIM has been involved in over 385 sale and lease transactions totaling over $500 million in volume over the course of his 25+ year career in commercial brokerage. This does not include the billions of dollars of commercial investment properties analyzed on an annual basis for clients. Nick began his career with CBRE|MEGA Corp. in Omaha, Nebraska in 1998 before moving to the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap in 2001.

In March 2010, Nick began teaching commercial real estate classes at Arizona School of Real Estate & Business to help other commercial real estate practitioners navigate the commercial real estate waters.

Nick offers his clients a diverse commercial real estate background in sales and leasing. In the past several years, he has transitioned into a top investment broker.

Nick received a BSBA in Accounting and Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2000. He was nominated for ASREB’s 2016 Broker of the Year.

Lucinda Bliss

Lucinda relocated from Illinois to Arizona in 1973 and has been producing results for tenants, institutional, regional, local, and absentee property owners, since the early 1980’s as an agent and as a broker since 1987.  She also began a female-owned commercial real estate brokerage in 2010 on the Monterey Peninsula, and continues to maintain a California brokers’ license.  Her experience includes office, retail, medical, and industrial properties. In 2017 she joined ORION Investment Real Estate’s dynamic team, contributing her leasing expertise to the firm while sharpening her investment sales skills.

She takes pride in her strong work ethic, tenacity, attention to detail, personal integrity, and her ability to transition underperforming properties into valuable assets.  Representing building owners, tenants, sellers, and buyers; she is a creative deal-maker and skilled negotiator.  Drawing upon her background in space planning and construction she provides a single-source solution for her client’s needs throughout the entire process of leasing or purchasing/selling a property and on-going real estate services.

Her commercial real estate background in Arizona includes: a family-owned land sales company; the commercial properties division of the largest bank in the state; in-house office leasing for a newly constructed office project by one of the largest commercial developers/builders in Arizona; an award-winning independent contractor for local, regional and national brokerage/management firms; and co-founder of a female owned brokerage firm in 1989.

A charter member of Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE, now AZCREW) and has served on the boards of a local private pre-school and AXYS, a national non-profit organization.  She participates in S.C.A.D. research through Stanford and Mayo/Rochester medical centers, and supports Kendall’s Kindness, a family foundation promoting kindness and suicide prevention of teens and young adults.

Ross Peterson

Ross Peterson is a vice president with ORION, specializing in representing the interests of companies that lease office and industrial real estate. As a lifetime Phoenix native, Ross has developed a thorough understanding of the metro Phoenix real estate market along with his many longstanding relationships with business leaders. He carefully guides clients in making well thought-out real estate decisions that support their long-term business goals.

Ross has extensive experience with multi-market real estate assignments, having conducted transactions on behalf of clients across the United States. He has arranged lease transactions (acquisitions, relocations, renewals, restructurings, and disposition assignments) and purchase transactions for a wide range of corporate and one-off clients.

Prior to joining ORION, Ross held his practice at Colliers International. Prior to that, Ross was with CBRE for nine years. During his tenure at CBRE, his business development initiatives resulted in some of Phoenix’s most significant office lease transactions of the era that followed the Great Recession.

Ross began his real estate career as a research analyst at Grubb & Ellis BRE/Cassidy Turley in 2008, before launching his brokerage career in 2009.

Nicole Ridberg

Nicole Ridberg joined ORION in 2021 as Vice President. She has worked in the industry for eighteen plus years, learning and mastering every stage of the commercial real estate process. Nicole specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition, stabilization, and disposition of assets in the metro Phoenix market. She has been an integral member of development teams that have built over 500,000 square feet of award-winning multi-tenant projects.

Through the years, she has gained extensive experience in retail, medical office, and general office disposition and acquisition. She has listed or co-listed in the sale and leasing of over 2,500,000 square feet of office and retail space, with over $80 million dollars of cumulative value.

Nicole prides herself in building and fostering long-term business relationships with her clients by providing an unparalleled level of customer service through open and honest communication.  She has been involved in a number of charitable organizations over the years both in real estate and in fostering women’s and children’s issues. She is a Phoenix native and attended both high school and college locally.

J.T. Taylor

James “J.T.” Taylor specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of healthcare properties, including medical office buildings, surgery centers, hospitals, behavioral health facilities and land with healthcare uses. J.T. has closed more than $137 million in sales and lease transactions and has successfully represented owner/user buyers, institutional investors, developers, sellers as well as handled landlord and tenant leasing requirements.  

Prior to his career in brokerage, J.T. served 20 years on active duty in the Marine Corps and is a decorated Lieutenant Colonel. J.T. lived and worked all over the world during this time and completed multiple combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
